• Lead the development and implementation of strategic business transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Manage and mentor a team of experts in corporate services and business capability hubs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to measure the impact of transformation efforts.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the corporate services team.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in corporate services.
• Represent the corporate services team in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate services, business transformation, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving business transformation.
• Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and corporate services.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Certification in business transformation, corporate services, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
