In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our data platforms to support financial operations and reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of data engineers and analysts to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data products and services.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of our data platforms.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Monitor and analyze data quality, accuracy, and completeness to ensure the integrity of our financial data.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in our data products.,Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Work closely with the Finance Accounting team to ensure the availability of accurate and timely data for reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in a data management or platform management role, preferably in a financial or accounting context.,Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.,Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.,Knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices is a plus.
