📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer interactions and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Assist in driving sales by promoting our skincare products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Support marketing efforts by participating in trade shows, events, and promotions.
• Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with the skincare industry is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
