📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the buffet's point-of-sale system.
• Greet and assist guests, ensuring a friendly and welcoming dining experience.
• Manage the buffet's cash register, including handling deposits and withdrawals.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests leave satisfied with their dining experience.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring food and beverage usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, such as QuickBooks or similar software.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Previous experience in a buffet or restaurant setting is preferred.
