📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Process and reconcile invoices using QuickBooks and SAP, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounts receivable staff, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all invoices are processed accurately and payments are collected efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management on accounts receivable performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Certification in financial accounting and management is a plus.
