📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.
• Support the auditing process by maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Provide financial support to the retail and e-commerce teams, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
