📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain and update building maintenance records and reports.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Participate in emergency response and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in building maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Certification in Building Maintenance or related field (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in buildings.
• Familiarity with building maintenance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
