📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and efficiency.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
