📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.,Provide individual and group tutoring sessions to help students improve their academic performance.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.,Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a well-rounded and enriching learning experience for students.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the learning experience.,Participate in school events and activities to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.,Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students succeed.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications.
