Sentosa Dairy is looking for a talented and experienced Senior IT Support to join our team in Depok. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our IT systems and users. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to IT systems and users,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and systems,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data,Provide training and support to end-users,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies,Work with other IT team members to improve and enhance IT systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with network administration and security,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
