📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, travel agents, and industry partners.,Promote our luxury resort through various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase our resort's unique features and benefits.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and positive word-of-mouth referrals.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, and promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury travel industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
