📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests and customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate department.,Check guests in and out, and provide them with necessary information about the company and its services.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including handling mail, filing documents, and managing office supplies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to customer requests.,Assist in organizing and participating in company events, meetings, and other activities.,Uphold the company's policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
