Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company,Ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently,Developing and implementing strategies to improve operations,Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Managing the company's budget and financial resources,Supervising and mentoring the operations team,Working closely with the management team to achieve company goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Experience with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
