You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance our operations and customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Work with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and data analysis tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
