Prime Port Sejahtera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Manager to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our port, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in port operations and a proven track record of success in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the port, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Manage and coordinate the work of operational staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.,Lead and mentor operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, logistics, or maritime studies.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the port or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of port operations, including cargo handling, vessel berthing, and cargo movement.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational performance.,Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
