📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Lead and mentor a team of supply chain staff to achieve operational excellence.,Implement and maintain supply chain software and systems for efficient data management.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstocking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chain operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with supply chain software and systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
