MERIDIAN Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of shop assistants to ensure efficient store operations.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering processes.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive store performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular staff training and development activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent customer service skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
