Hotel Kirana Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team. As the Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations in our restaurant, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing and vibrant hotel in Tuban, Jawa Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.,Handle cash and credit card transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Monitor cash drawer balances and reconcile daily transactions.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.,Assist in inventory management and ordering to ensure adequate stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to work in a team and lead by example.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.
