PT Optima Property is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at our restaurant in Pematangsiantar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations, including opening and closing cash registers.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and card payments, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Monitor cash levels and ensure sufficient cash is available for transactions.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash register software.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,High school diploma or equivalent.
