CV Wibawa Berkah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at our clinic in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our clinic, ensuring accurate and efficient cash handling, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and insurance claims.,Maintain and update financial records and reports.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Train and supervise junior cashiers.,Handle cash and secure financial transactions.,Monitor cash inventory and report any discrepancies.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Proven experience in managing cash transactions and financial records.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of insurance claim processing is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.
