📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document and report IT issues and resolutions.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Understanding of network concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
