📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial transactions and accounting activities.,Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations.,Manage the accounting team and ensure their professional development.,Handle budgeting and forecasting activities.,Conduct internal audits and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Manage relationships with external auditors and accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting regulations and practices.
