Asia Beverage is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Lebak. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall growth and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Administer employee benefits, including leave management, health insurance, and retirement plans.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to foster professional growth.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding employee management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Coordinate with other departments to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation packages.
