📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and user manuals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Proven ability to create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.,Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
