📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Manage and schedule social media content, including posts, stories, and ads.,Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media activities and provide recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development of social media training programs for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
