📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement branch strategies to meet company goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in a similar organization.,Strong understanding of business operations and a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
