📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Monitor and report on branch performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and services.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and grow the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of employees.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
