📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in planning, organizing, and coordinating team activities.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.,Ensure that team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.,Facilitate communication between team members and other departments.,Assist in resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive team environment.,Support the Team Leader in training and developing team members.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on team progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
