ISS Global is seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Project Manager to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of various facilities projects across our properties in Bali. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of facilities projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.,Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and maintenance, to ensure seamless project execution.,Coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and smooth project delivery.,Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise, implementing corrective actions as needed.,Ensure all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and any issues requiring attention.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field.,8-10 years of experience in facilities project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with external stakeholders.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including PMP certification is a plus.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
