📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by training and supervising staff.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.,Develop and implement staff training programs to ensure consistent service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
