📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth business processes,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient operations,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures,Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Train and mentor staff to ensure high performance standards,Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Proven experience in managing operations in a fast-paced food service environment,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations is a plus
